PixelBuddy was created December 07, 2003 by Gary. I wanted to create a page for my friends to download buddy icons that I made for them.
I've always loved to draw and making buddy icons has always been fun. Well, my hobby started to grow. I began to have a large amount of icons and needed to code something that would organize them into categories. So I came up with the name PixelBuddy, bought the domain, and set up the site.
History

Version 1
Offline version of PixelBuddy, back then it was called PixelGallery and just an idea.
Version 2
The first time PixelBuddy went online. It was a brown version that was slimmer than the current version and was powered by php and mysql.
